Last week , I was wondering about how to improve my English speaking .
It is an urgent need for me to improve my speaking because I want to work in an international company which require a high standard of English level .
That's why , I asked Steve for help ; he recommended me some books to read .
I also had an interesting conversation with my classmate Jenny .
We shared some thought and I told her that I 'm worried about my speaking cause I feel that my English did not improve it still the same .
She suggested some books such as Atonement by Ian McEwan ......
She also asked me to join her someday to meet her friends who are a native speaker so I can practise with them .
I Had also enjoyed the BBC World Service site for learning English because it's a blog in which people from different countries can share some ideas and thoughts the point is to improve their English .
Besides , I'm reading a book right now called Eleven Minutes by Paulo Coelho .
hopefully , It will help me for my English but I think the most important thing is to push yourself to speak and not be afraid to make a mistake because it's normal for us as it's not our first language but with practises it will be useful for us .

The best way to learn the language is to date someone who speaks it... trust me, it works :)
Well ...
You can maybe take some theatre classes if any are available ..
That could help !!
Learning and performing infront of people !!
Or just take it easy ! You will manage to get there, no worries !!
I think I had already told you that, but what the heck, you can also go for movies and sitcoms .... will help your ear to improve its capacity of "catching" words, and learning some useful and commun expressions !!
:)
Good luck !
Learning a language goes basically by 4 ways: listening, reading, writing and speaking
You're already reading books. I advise you to read some newspapers, magazines ( even online ones)
You've have some english native friends so you'd better hang out a lot with them and speak only in English. Even if you won't always find the right words, you'll manage;)
Try to listen to English Music ( whatever it is: pop, rock, rnb...) and guess & write down the lyrics. It's a great exercise, trust me !
Movies, series, talk shows...can also help you improving your english skills.
