This is my findings concernig our report about the catering service

How are the students satisfied with the catering service?

A significant number of international students use the catering facilities .

Quality of food:

The majority of them claim that the quality of food is fair.

Special diet:

Most of them don't need a diet.

Food prices:

They almost think that the food prices are affordable.

Enough variety of food:

I noticed that they don't have an opinion about that .I mean they did not put a comment : it may be that they don't think that there is enough variety of food ;so they disagree.

Add menu:

A large number of students want a homemade food that is to say a fresh food. Some of them want food from their original country uch as Spanish omelette, Chinese food,rice,spagetti.....
Here we talk about choices of food; variety!

The Kind of food they usually eat:

Some of them eat everything . I mean hot food and drinks, salads, soft drinks and sandwiches.

Quality of drinks:

The majority of them are satisfied with the quality of drinks.
A minority said no; they are not satisfied.

Spend time to buy:

Many of them claimed that they sometimes spend a long time to be served and some of them never wait for long time to be served.

Area is clean:

The majority think that the dining area is sometimes clean. Only few of them don't agree with this; it's never clean.

Ventilated canteen:

Well most of them think that the canteen is well ventilated.

Portion size:

The majority of students are not satisfied with the portion size.

Friendly staff:

They do agree that the staff pay attention to the customers.

A vailable places:

The majority of them said they can sometimes find an available place to sit.
