Findings regarding what the catering service at London Met can do

Recommendations:

According to the students, they want more staff in order to get a fast service sothat they don't have to queue.

They also suggested that the dining area must be clean: staff should clean the table after each customer.

They need more places to have a sit: the canteen is not big enough to accomodate all the students.

Food prices have to be cheaper.

Choices of food ; they want some variety.

Quality of food; they want a fresh food /homemade food.

They want the staff to pay more attention to higiene and cutomers.

Introducing a self service.
