We live in a world in which we are dangerously influenced by media images . To what extent do you agree with this statement ?

Introduction

over the past few years there has been an increasing number of people watching T.V according to the statistics made recently in USA , American people watched television thirty hours per week , this is due to the new technological inventions includes satellite the fact that pushed us to consider the television as a means of entertainment but there was a divergence opinions about how people perceive the media image's role in our day lives . On the one hand , they consider it as a best way to set their expectations and define our values and behaviour in the other hand , some think that the media has dangerously affected people's behaviour and shaped their reality .
This essay will weigh up the benefits of the media images on people and then it will put forward the negative effects of the T.V on our lives .

Paragraph 1: The positive effect of the media : 1) to educate people ( documentary , news ....)

Paragraph 2: The positive effect of the media : 2) to entertain people ( cartoon for children , T.V series , concerts....)

Paragraph 3: The negative effect of the media : 1) on children ( they become aggressive, violent, crimes)

Paragraph 4: The negative effect of the media 2) on adults
a) on women : they want to emulate their favorite actresses and are dangerously influenced by the way they look.
b) on men: some erotic films could damage their sexual behaviours...

Conclusion :
Mentioning what we said about the positive effect of the media images then stressing that despite its positive role it however affects our lives in negative way.
